Scripture

Luke 10:3 - 4
Go now, and remember that I am sending you out as lambs among wolves. Don't take along any money, or a traveler's bag, or even an extra pair of sandals. And don't stop to greet anyone on the road.


Isaiah 19:21
In that day the Lord will make himself known to the Egyptians. Yes, they will know the Lord and will give their sacrifices and offerings to him. They will make promises to the Lord and keep them.

Observation

The Lord had chosen seventy - two other disciples and sent them on ahead in pairs to all the towns and villages. They were given instructions to harvest great and pray to the Lord asking to send out more workers for his fields. God's people are growing and there is nothing that can stop the Kingdom from coming true.

Application

The Lord's name will make himself be heard and I want to be a part of it. Just like the Egyptians I feel that I need to sacrifices a lot of things to see His promise come true. Sacrificing my time, money and my life to the lord is something im strongly working on. A lot of people that I am friends with (wolves) can see that I am always busy with Life TV or with Leaders or even with Sundays. Sometimes it can feel that there is a pack of wolves surrounding me about to pounce. But there is something so clear to me that the Lord is doing, something so great working in me that I will not stop for anything on that road.

Prayer

Lord I pray for your blessings with what you are doing in me and ACCF. Let me be a part of your work as I am willing to sacrifice my life for you. Let me not just be a helpless lamb surrounded by wolves but let it be a pack of lambs surrounding them. Lord I pray for strength that you will keep me on this road and that nothing can stop me from walking into your arms.
